Executive Chef Frank Brunacci – a native of Melbourne – had a vision for commemorating Australia Day, the country’s national holiday, in Chicago. After two years of hugely successful events, he continues to work to make Australia Week an ever-growing tradition every January at Trump International Hotel & Tower® Chicago.
In partnership with the Australian Government, Wine Australia, Chicago’s Mercy Home for Boys and Girls,
and countless participants, we are pleased to present a unique opportunity for you to experience the warmth and
abundance of Australia through food and wine, art, travel, music and more.
It may be winter in Chicago but summer is in full swing in Australia!
